Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original box or packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request an exchange or return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at theshoesbar0001@gmail.com or call us on 03099987105 with your order number and the reason for your request. If your request is accepted, we will share the instructions for sending the item back to us. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with clear photos and we will replace it or refund you. In these cases, we cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead. For exchanges requested because of a change of mind or size, the customer pays the return shipping. Sale and discounted items are eligible under the same terms.

Items we cannot accept

Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account details you share with us. Please note that your bank may take some extra time to post the refund.
